Service Agreement
By using our repair or digital services, you agree to these terms. We provide professional electronic repairs, data recovery, and technical support.
2. Device Warranty & Risks
- Repair Risks: You acknowledge that some repairs (especially on water-damaged or heavily damaged devices) carry a risk of further failure. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues.
- Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on parts we replace. This warranty is void if the device is opened by another party or suffers physical/liquid damage after our repair.
3. Data Responsibility
- We are NOT responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
- Important: We strongly recommend that you back up your data before bringing any device for repair.
4. Abandoned Devices
Any device left in our shop for more than [30/60] days after the repair is completed without payment or communication will be considered abandoned and may be sold to cover costs.
5. Payments
Full payment is required upon completion of the service and before the device is returned to the customer.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
